BADGER, MN (trfnews.i234.me) We now have details from the Roseau County Sheriff’s Office regarding a Monday afternoon, head-on crash south of Badger, Minnesota that injured both drivers.
You are needed on the County Road 3, four miles south of Badger. >> We have an update regarding a head-on crash 4 miles south of Badger on Monday afternoon. this in from the Roso County Sheriff’s Department uh saying a 2010 Ford pickup and 2020 Max semi-gravel truck uh crashed headon approximately 4 miles south of Badger on County Road 3. At 4:11 p.m. Monday, a report came in of a white Ford pickup driving erratically in County Road 3 south of Badger northbound. A short time later, the suspect pickup struck the southbound Mac truck head on. The driver of the uh White Ford pickup, 59-year-old Timothy Norman Peters of Badger, Minnesota, was transported by air ambulance to Grand Forks Altru Hospital for his injuries. The driver of the semi, 78-year-old Steven Nathaniel Currant of Paposki, Minnesota, was transported to Life Care Hospital in Roso for his injuries. Uh Peters is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and the accident remains under investigation by the Roso County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol.
