UPDATE: 15-Year-Old Boy Succumbs to Injuries from Tuesday’s Crash Near Park Rapids, MN

PARK RAPIDS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A 15-year old boy has died from injuries suffered at a crash scene north of Park Rapids, Minnesota Tuesday evening that also injured others.
b120 county4 Hamlet drive two vehicle accident one was injured now a truck just went through the accident possibly hit a child we have an update uh regarding our report of a crash north of Park Rapids Minnesota on Tuesday evening on County Road 4 a 15-year-old boy has died this from the sheriff’s department on January 30th 624 p.m. hubard County Sheriff’s Office responded to a multi-vehicle crash on hubard County Road 4 deputies and medical personnel arrived on scene to find three vehicles involved and multiple victims medical attention was provided to the victims at the scene the investigation showed that a 16-year-old juvenile from Park rits stopped along County Road 4 in a Chevy Equinox to pick up mail he then attempted to turn into his driveway and was struck by an oncoming uh GMC pickup driven by a 16-year-old Ju Nile from nas a 15-year-old passenger in the GMC pickup was severely injured from the Collision the injured party was removed from the pickup and was outside of the vehicle when a third vehicle a uh GMC pickup driven by 62-year-old Gregory for Board of Morehead was traveling south on County 4 and collided with the rear end of the other pickup and injur the 15-year-old juvenile the 15-year-old was transported to St Joseph Hospital in Park Rapids and then to a Fargo hospital he later passed away from his injuries for board and his passenger received minor injuries 16-year-old from uh Park Rapids received minor injuries and was treated and released a second passenger in the uh GMC 18-year-old Gunder Nelson of Park Rapids was treated for knee and foot injuries at uh St Joseph Hospital the incident remains under investigation officers from the Park Rapids Police Department Minnesota state patrol hubard First Response Park Rapids fire and North ambulance assisted on the incident I’m Neil Berg reporting for in.tv
