FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – On Friday afternoon, Fargo police responded to a report of a sexual assault that led them to the Roadway Inn on University Drive, south of I-94. Officers served a search warrant at the hotel, resulting in the detention of two individuals.
Allison M. Ledoux, 42, with no permanent address, was arrested on charges of felonious restraint and terrorizing. She has been booked into the Cass County Jail. The investigation into the sexual assault case is ongoing, and no arrests have yet been made in connection to the assault. Additional charges may be forthcoming as the investigation continues.
