a Fergus Falls man Matthew Jagger is facing criminal charges after some strange trouble at the northern a Fargo stripper bar according to court documents on October 6th police were called for a disturbance here the complaintant wanted a jagger trespassed removed from the property because he was bothering the dancers as they tried to get into their cars Matthew Jagger was sitting in his Park vehicle when police arrived police told him he was trespass pass from the property and Jagger became a rate repeatedly yelling obscenities racial slurs and insults at officers he then got out of his vehicle and walked to the far side of the parking lot he was told he could not walk back to the side of the parking lot where his vehicle was parked uh Jagger then walked back and got into the back of a police squad car and stated he needed to go to the hospital he refused to tell police why he needed medical attention and refused to exit the patrol vehicle he was arrested for Criminal Trespass he was then taken to the hospital and cleared and made made uh many verbal threats to the officer including quote if I have a chance to mutilate you and your family I will be so happy unquote Jagger has been charged with felony terrorizing and other lesser charges I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me here

So, he gets in the police car and says he needs to go to the hospital, the police refuse and tell him to get out of the car, and when he refuses they arrest him and take him to the hospital. Seems logical… 🙄
