Unusual Criminal Incident Unfolds in North Dakota

BOTTINEAU COUNTY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Minot, North Dakota woman is facing criminal charges, following a bizarre crime story in Bottineau County.
we have a bizarre case out of Bottineau County North Dakota with a woman from Minot now facing felony charges of felonious restraint reckless endangerment and fleeing according to court documents on February 4th the dispatcher in Bottineau took a 9-1-1 call from a female that someone with her was having a heart attack the call then ended a second call from a male stated he was being kidnapped and the driver was going 90 to 110 miles per hour the call was traced to Highway 256 West of Bottineau a deputy spotted the vehicle and gave Chase for around three to five miles and the vehicle started coming to a stop when the male passenger jumped out while the car was still traveling around 30 miles per hour the vehicle stopped and Janelle Billings of Minot was taken into custody and an ambulance was called for the male who had jumped out from the moving car the male victim had gotten in Billings car in Minot for a ride to the store when Billings allegedly threatened him with a gun that was never found and took off with the victim in the car billing stated to law enforcement she’s a meth user she was taken to a Minot hospital for evaluation I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
