this in from the marshall county sheriff’s office out of war in minnesota a investigation of a possible kidnapping with the suspect in custody this from the marshall county sheriff’s department quote on july 10th at 4 43 a.m that received a call of a possible kidnapping in progress the caller stated that two juvenile females ages 12 and 14 were forced into a vehicle driven by julio claussen the caller and another individual were following the vehicle and giving the marshall county sheriff’s office information about where the vehicle was going the caller stated julio was trying to lose them julio claussen took the girls from the park in stephen minnesota the girls were there with a few other friends the three friends left for a bit and when coming back they saw clawson was there talking with the two girls they knew who clawson was because of conversations on snapchat clawson was using aggressive language and gestures toward them and the girls were scared and got into his vehicle claussen was driving recklessly around stephen trying to lose the caller and then eventually headed south on highway 75 toward warren claussen was driving at speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour clausen drove around warren for a while then headed south on highway 75 towards crookston claussen was eventually stopped by the polk county sheriff’s office the girls were not in the vehicle at that time but were found by the marshall county sheriff’s office walking back to warren on highway 75 the girls were unharmed julio claussen was taken into custody by the polk county sheriff’s office for warrants out of st louis county minnesota there are pending charges on julio clausen out of marshall county again that’s from the marshall county sheriff’s department we’ll have an update as soon as those charges are filed i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
