Two Women Injured in Princeton Township Crash, Vehicle Rolls Over at Intersection | trfnews.i234.me

PRINCETON TWP, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A two-vehicle crash in Mille Lacs County sent both drivers to the hospital on Sunday, June 22, just after noon.

Authorities say a 2016 Ford Escape was traveling eastbound on Highway 95 when it turned left onto Spruce Drive, directly into the path of a 2008 Subaru Forester. The Forester struck the passenger side of the Escape, causing it to roll and land on its roof in the northwest corner of the intersection.

  • Emily Rose Lubenow, 21, of Dalbo, was driving the Escape. She suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Northland Hospital.

  • Lucille Minnie Pederson, 92, of Buffalo Lake, the Subaru driver, also sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Cambridge Hospital.

Seatbelts were in use, and alcohol was not a factor.
Road conditions were dry.

Responding agencies included North Memorial and the Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office.
