EAST GRAND FORKS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) Two women are facing a 3rd Degreee Murder charge for allegedly supplying the drugs that caused the death of a woman in East Grand Forks.
These two women, Rachel Coutura Boswell of Grand Forks and Megan Kelly Thorson, address listed on court documents as Baiji and Grand Forks are each charged with thirdderee murder sale of fentanyl in connection to the August 19th overdose death of a woman at an apartment here at 1908 5th Avenue Northeast in East Grand Forks. The victim was declared deceased at the scene where fentanyl and drug paraphernalia were found. According to court documents, the investigation tied Boswell and Thorson to the sale of drugs to the overdose victim.
