In a recent incident, the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office responded to a distress call concerning a two-vehicle collision. On March 28, 2024, around 12:57 PM, authorities were alerted to an accident at the intersection of 120th Avenue and 30th Street, situated approximately two miles south of Bowlus, MN in Two Rivers Township.
Preliminary investigations revealed that 85-year-old Ralph Eiynck from St. Joseph, MN, was traveling north on 120th Avenue, while 70-year-old Roger Tabatt, a resident of Grey Eagle, MN, was heading east on 30th Street. Tabatt failed to yield at the stop sign, turning north onto 120th Avenue, leading to a collision between the two vehicles.
As a result of the crash, 82-year-old Elizabeth Eiynck, a passenger in Ralph Eiynck’s vehicle, sustained injuries of unknown severity. Emergency responders swiftly transported her to St. Gabriel’s Hospital via Mayo Clinic Ambulance.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office coordinated efforts with the Bowlus First Response Team and Mayo Clinic Ambulance to manage the situation promptly and ensure the safety and well-being of all involved parties.
