Two Injured in Alcohol-Related Crash in Roseau County

Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Two people were injured after their vehicle left the roadway Sunday night in rural Roseau County. Rocky Alison Hashey, 36, and Joseph Chester Stish, 58, both of Roseau, suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Minnesota State Patrol report. They were both transported to LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau.

At the time of the accident, Hashey was driving a 2012 Chevy Captiva eastbound on 340th Street in Jadis Township. Near the intersection with 370th Avenue, she lost control of the vehicle, which then left the roadway. Hashey was wearing a seat belt, while Stish, her passenger, was not. The State Patrol indicated that alcohol was involved in the crash.

The State Patrol was dispatched to the scene at 7:33 p.m. Sunday. The Roseau County Sheriff’s Office and Roseau Fire/EMS also responded.
