Two individuals facing charges for stolen firearms in Bismarck

BISMARCK, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Two men are facing charges in a stolen firearms case in Bismarck, North Dakota.
this pair is spending the weekend in a bismar North Dakota jail this from bismar police two men in jail after they were arrested for allegedly stealing from Shields fleeing on foot and ditching two Firearms reported stolen from Motor Vehicles earlier in the week Vincent Morales 19 of bismar who was out on personal reconnaissance bond from an alleged September domestic simple assault and Kyle red Tomahawk 18 of Lincoln uh were called in by Shield’s employees on November 22nd around 1115 for what was described as concealing two ski Mas and leaving the store without paying for them when bismar officers arrived on the scene Morales and red Tomahawk were running southbound toward Famous Daves they were told to stop by police officers and did not officers caught red Tomahawk and the Famous Dave’s parking lot and Morales allegedly wearing the stolen mask from shields in the 400 100 block of Lancing Lane both were taken into custody a witness informed officers they saw melis allegedly throw an item into the dumpster of Famous Daves a check of that dumpster revealed a stolen pistol from a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred in the early morning hours of November 19th that case still has two rifles and a shotgun that have not been recovered officer searched the backyard where moreles was apprehended and found a camouflage backpack which red Tomahawk said he threw over the fence a stolen pistol was found next to the backpack that pistol was stolen from a motor vehicle sometime the same night as the pistol Morales is uh allegedly ditched no other Firearms are outstanding in that case both men were taken to the Burley Morton detention center and held on charges of possession of stolen firearm failure to Halt possession of the stolen property Morales had an additional charge of wearing a askk and a commission of the crime both men are awaiting their initial appearances I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
