Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Two Fargo residents are facing felony charges following a robbery reported earlier this month.
According to court documents, police were dispatched on August 1 to 1103 University Drive South for a report of a robbery. A female victim told officers that her boyfriend and her sister, identified as Sara M. Oslon, assaulted her and stole her black e-bike and a black bag containing groceries and clothes. The suspects reportedly accused the victim of stealing copper wiring from Derrick D. Fournier, also identified in the report.
Officers noted visible injuries to the victim’s face, arms, and back. Both Fournier and Oslon allegedly admitted a physical altercation occurred and that they took the items.
Both are now charged with felony robbery, and Fournier faces an additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
