FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Farhan Muqadim of West Fargo and Brazil Midell of Fargo are both facing felony charges in connection to separate sex crime cases in Cass County, North Dakota.
Muqadim has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and one count of corruption of a minor. He is accused of having sexual contact with a female juvenile aged 15 or older in October of 2023. The charges carry a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison if convicted.
Midell has been charged with one count of gross sexual imposition, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison. He is also facing an additional charge of terrorizing and a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the deprivation of a minor. Midell is accused of engaging in a sexual act with a 14-year-old girl around June 1st, 2023.
Both men have been arrested and are currently being held at the Cass County Jail awaiting their next court appearances. The cases remain under investigation by the Fargo Police Department’s Special Victims Unit.
