Tuesday’s 6 AM Road Report

CROOKSTON, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A look at driving conditions on Highway 2 between Crookston, Minnesota and Grand Forks, North Dakota.
here’s a look at road conditions at 6:00 a.m. on this Tuesday morning this is highway to cookon uh Westbound and route to Grand Forks as you can see a freezing rain uh still light mist falling on the windshield uh we’ll head out into the country here West westbound on a Highway 2 uh the road still ice and slush covered uh slow going but not too bad yet you’re going to have to be careful we got a big temperature difference between uh crookton was right around 32 33° at this time while it was 28° over in Grand Forks as we showed you earlier that closed I29 from Grand Forks to the Canadian border uh take a look at the National Weather Service graphic here ice storm uh warning uh still in effect until 6:00 p.m. Tuesday an additional uh quarter over an inch of freezing rain is likely across the counties the worst of it appears to be on the uh North Dakota side of the Red River and again check out if you have to travel today check out road reports North Dakota and Minnesota but uh icy roads out there or if it right now just uh slush covered you could run into some icy spots so be careful driving out there today I’m Neil Berg reporting for in trfnews.i234.me
