THIEF RIVER FALLS (trfnews.i234.me) On Sept. 30 at 10:50 a.m., police received a report of an accident at Auto Value.

At the time of the accident, Donald L. Braunschweig of Thief River Falls was planning to park a 2007 GMC Sierra when his foot slipped off of the brake and hit the gas pedal.

The pickup truck then crashed into the front of the building.

No injuries were reported, and no customers were in the store at the time.

Manager Cory Bugge said that that the accident damaged a front wall of the business.

Broken glass was strewn all the way to the front counter, and merchandise was scattered.

An insurance adjuster hadn’t yet reviewed the damage as of Friday morning.
