Apparently can read English it's in the federal law and rule book you have to be able to read and speak English in order to obtain a CDL but the MN Dems over look this law and every one get a CDL with the interpreter telling the answers on the test and going through the pretrip the people giving the written and road test doesn't understand their language don't have a clue on what's being said they give them a CDL thanks to Dem government
