Truck Driver Hailed as Hero for Saving 2 Lives in Polk County Crash

POLK COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A witness says a truck driver saved the lives of 2 people, who pulled out in front of him in a car on Highway 75 north of Crookston, Minnesota Monday afternoon.
we have an update uh regarding this beat truck car crash on highway 75 north of crookston at 1 30 on this monday afternoon uh the minnesota state patrol says a car driven by 26 year old jordan anderson of michigan north dakota pulled out in front of a southbound beat truck and was hit his passenger was 77 year old renee anderson also of michigan north dakota uh both of them were taken to ultru hospital in grand forks with non-life-threatening injuries the driver of the beat truck was 55 year old dale gunafson of a fertile minnesota he was not injured the patrol says everyone involved in the crash was wearing their seat belts and alcohol was not a factor for anyone involved in the crash now uh l melvy of uh crookston contacted inews and says he witnessed a miracle he saw the crash happen he says the truck driver slammed on the brakes and uh saved the day after that car pulled out by he says the truck driver swerved about six to eight feet uh and missed broadsiding the car which uh melby says he believed would have killed the occupants uh the car was just hit in the right front quarter panel and spun uh but witness calling the truck driver dale gunison a fertile a hero today uh no one killed in this accident non-life-threatening injuries i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
