Norberg admitted stealing money that weekend, saying she was struggling financially and would pay the owner back. She initially denied stealing money other times at the business. However, when pressed, she eventually admitted stealing money multiple times during three other shifts on different days. The complaint indicated “Norberg acknowledged she has remorse and knew it was wrong.” On Jan. 24, the sheriff’s office received a surveillance video dated June 6 from Petro Pumper.
