Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A Thief River Falls man has been cited for theft following the reported disappearance of some towels.
Police identified Randy Hicks, 68, as the individual cited for the theft.
Officers were dispatched to America’s Best Value Inn & Suites shortly after 4 p.m. on Monday in response to the incident.
