On Jan. 13 at about 1:02 a.m., police observed a man, who had a warrant out for his arrest, walking in the 100 block of Main Ave. S.
Kenny Lee Fields, 51, Thief River Falls, was arrested on the Pennington County felony warrant for an alleged probation violation. He was also charged with gross misdemeanor fifth-degree controlled substance crime.
Fields allegedly possessed two plastic baggies containing meth.
The complaint didn’t indicate the weight.
Fields is currently on felony probation for third-degree controlled substance crime.
The complaint noted a stay of adjudication was granted earlier for that offense.
