It's the owners to blame, they raise them to be aggressive.
My 15 year old granddaughter was attacked by her friends pitbull and received bites to her face, her cheekbone was broken and bothered eyes were swelled shut. Shee was sent to a plastic surgeon , but she has a lot of scarring and was traumatized by the incident. There dog was not put down because the investigating officer couldn't determine whether or not it was provoked !
