Breaking news out of Fargo on this Fourth of July night: At around 10:25 p.m., video footage shows emergency responders at the Red River near 14th Avenue North and Elm Street. A report initially came in about a man in the river, and shortly after, there was a call for a body bag to be brought to a different location. No further information is available at this time.
