HUBBARD COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On May 30th at 5:57 p.m., tragedy struck Starlight Bay Resort on Eighth Crow Wing Lake in Nas Township, Hubbard County, Minnesota. The Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office received a distressing call reporting a possible drowning. Upon arrival, deputies found 75-year-old William Delmore of Bismarck, North Dakota, lying unconscious on the shore. According to his son, Shane Delmore, the two had been fishing when William fell into the lake. Shane rushed to his father’s aid, diving into the water to rescue him, but despite their efforts and the assistance of others, William could not be revived. Medical personnel from North Ambulance pronounced him deceased at the scene. The Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating this incident.
