Pennington County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On the afternoon of July 24 at 1:36 p.m., the sheriff’s office received a report of an accident near the intersection of Center Street East and 290th Avenue Southeast. Keith Baumgartner, driving a 1999 Chevy Suburban eastbound on Center Street East, attempted to pass a Case tractor operated by Danny Nelson, also of Oklee. As Baumgartner was passing, Nelson turned left into a field approach, resulting in a collision with Baumgartner’s vehicle. There were no injuries reported from the incident.
