DEVILS LAKE, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A woman is facing a felony Theft of Property charge in Devils Lake, North Dakota for allegedly cashing 1 check twice.
Ashana Marie Lonas of St Michael North Dakota has now been charged with theft of property in a December case of one check cashed twice charge according to court documents uh Lonas received a check in the amount of one thousand dollars from the three affiliated tribes that offended completed a mobile deposit for the check with the Gate City Bank into her account after the mobile deposit was completed the defendant then went to uh beavers pawn shop in Devils Lake allegedly and cashed the same check the defendant received cash and a star quilt from beaver’s pawn shop the estimated loss to Beaver’s pawn shop is one thousand five dollars I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
