NARRATIVE: The Ram pickup was traveling northbound on County Road 1, which is a
paved county road. The Ford pickup as traveling eastbound on 77th Street SE, which is a
gravel road. The Ford failed to yield at the intersection which was marked with a yield sign.
The vehicles collided in the intersection and came to rest in the northeast ditch. After impact,

the Ram pickup became engulfed in flames. The occupants of the Ram pickup were able to
exit the vehicle prior to the vehicle becoming engulfed. The crash remains under investigation by the ND Highway Patrol.
