Three individuals found guilty of neglecting a child on the Red Lake Reservation

RED LAKE, MN (trfnews.i234.me) Three people have been convicted of Child Neglect on Minnesota’s Red Lake Reservation.
three people living on the Red Lake Indian Reservation face federal prison time after being convicted of felony child neglect by a jury prosecutors say 55-year-old Robin John Roy 29-year-old Nicole Roy and 36-year-old Harrison Dudley senior willfully deprive minor victims of necessary food clothing shelter health care or supervision between February 2022 and January 2023 they say the neglect resulted in substantial harm to the victim’s physical mental and emotional health Roy Roy and Dudley were found guilty following a Six-Day trial their sentencing hearings haven’t been scheduled

  1. I was directly involved in the case, you're slandering the truth. They were never withheld anything, food, or daily things they needed. Some medical issues i can't discuss came about, but the 2 children were loved very much by both sides of the family. You make them sound like monsters, which is so far from truth. I know you just report the news that comes to your desk, but as a witness to all of this. I assure you, the end result was not as intended, Certain circumstances didn't help the situation for both parties, I never witnessed any intended harm or anything towards the children.
