Elvin Irvin Hirs of Verus, Minnesota, has been charged with felony threats of violence and gross misdemeanors of domestic assault, harm, and fear. According to court records, on January 5th, a probation officer reported Hirs had allegedly punched and pushed the female victim to the ground twice. Hirs has a previous domestic assault conviction.
