Such a hardship to bear, but these folk are a hardy breed with a wonderful, positive outlook on life. Some of the finest people I ever met were from places like Hoople, Grand Forks, Gilby, Marvel, Grafton, Drayton & Cavalier, to name but a few locations. I was a young musician in a family band, we played all those places by the time I was in my teens, and we literally got the red-carpet treatment from each & every person we met. I'll never forget that time of my life. Best of luck to everyone being beseiged by the high water.
