A Thief River Falls man facing a felony escape from custody charge in Mower County District Court stemming from an incident that occurred on January 11th, 2022 has been sentenced to prison time.
52-year-old Christopher Michael Loving was convicted and sentenced Thursday to 21 months in prison for a felony charge of escape from custody. Loving pleaded guilty to the charge on March 30th of this year, and a felony charge for failing to register while deemed a predatory offender in the case against Loving was dismissed with his guilty plea.
