Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Police were called to Digi-Key around 1 PM on Wednesday after receiving reports of “a white Honda all over the road.” Officers arrested 54-year-old Miguel Angel Ramirezalvarez for Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test in the Third Degree and Driving While Impaired in the Fourth Degree. Ramirezalvarez was taken to the Pennington County Justice Center.
