Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A Thief River Falls area man was arrested following reports of a vehicle running over signs at the Barzan roundabout on 3rd Street. Police received multiple 911 calls reporting that a gray vehicle had “run over signs in the roundabout and kept going.”
The driver, identified as 51-year-old Mark Alan Haugen, was arrested and charged with third-degree DWI. According to the police report, Haugen’s blood alcohol concentration was “over .16”. Police responded to the incident on Wednesday just before 8 p.m.
