Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On May 13 at 4:10 p.m., police received a report of a theft at America’s Best Value Inn and Suites. Randy Ryan Hicks, 68, of Thief River Falls, was cited for theft. Hicks allegedly stole a towel and an ice bucket from the hotel.
