THC Trouble & Hit-and-Run: Shocking Double Crash in Pennington County – Thief River Falls Woman Cited!

Thief River Falls (trfnews.i234.me) — In a startling series of events on March 21 at 11:43 a.m., police responded to a report of a hit-and-run at Sherwood Park Townhomes, 321 Sherwood Ave. N.

According to the citation, Michelle Marie Holter, 50, of Thief River Falls, allegedly backed her 2017 Chevy Tahoe out of a driveway and struck a parked Chevy Silverado belonging to Leslie Arlt. Holter then left the scene without notifying either the victim or the police.

But the incident didn’t end there.

Holter was later involved in another accident north of Thief River Falls, raising eyebrows and concerns in the community. Authorities also noted she was suspected of being under the influence of high levels of THC at the time. Toxicology results are still pending.

Holter has now been cited for failing to report a collision with an unattended vehicle.
