The cost of a Thanksgiving meal is up 20% from last year.
According to an American Farm Bureau Federation survey, the cost for ten people at Thanksgiving dinner is up to $64.05, up from $53.31 in 2021, and $46.90 in 2020.
The price for a 16-pound turkey has gone up 21%. Dinner rolls are up 22% this year. Frozen pie crusts and a half pint of whipping cream are up 26% each.
A 12-ounce bag of fresh cranberries is down 14% from last year but a 14-ounce bag of cubed stuffing mix will set you back around $3.88, up 69% from last year.
