Terrifying Ordeal: Victim Faces Charges of Kidnapping, Assault, and Threats of Violence

32 year old michael rory luceck of baudette is facing a trio of felonies kidnapping threats of violence and assault the charges stem from claims by a woman who says her relationship with him recently ended reading from the criminal complaint in part quote the victim reported that on february second she had arrived at her apartment where the defendant was hiding lucic proceeded to allegedly hit the victim and make her get into the bathtub as he held a razor to her wrist claiming he was going to kill her and make it look like a suicide the defendant placed a rag in the victim’s mouth and made her hold her arms up as he hit her in the stomach and chest the victim reported that lucec had also allegedly choked her out twice to the point of unconsciousness and that she remembers coming too as he sprinkled water on her face uh lucect allegedly told the victim when she woke up that it had taken her 15 seconds to pass out and then it usually takes 11 seconds lucic then allegedly asked quote isn’t it scary that i have to count like that to make sure i don’t kill you because i’m not done with you yet unquote uh the victim stated she was able to get away from the defendant and travel to uh beltrami county to report the crimes uh but this case isn’t over yet criminal complaint goes on to say photographs of the victim’s injuries which included numerous bruises were taken by officers a sergeant met with the victim and learned that on february 3rd the next day lucic contacted the victim stated he wanted his personal property that was at her apartment the victim stated that she would bring his property to his place of work in baudette the victim brought the belongings and luck demanded that she roll down the window on her vehicle the victim rolled down the window partially and lucha told her to roll it all the way down and then reached into the vehicle and opened her door lucic then allegedly got into the vehicle and demanded that they go to her apartment at the apartment uh lucha allegedly assaulted the victim and repeatedly stated he was going to kill her again that was from the criminal complaint michael lucec facing a trio of felonies including kidnapping threats of violence and assault that kidnapping charge carries a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
