A Hitterdal area teen was injured in a single-vehicle accident Tuesday in Norman County.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the 16-year-old female was injured when the southbound 1998 GMC Sierra she was driving left Highway 32 and rolled south of Highway 113 in Home Lake Township. She was taken to Sanford in Fargo and treated for injuries troopers at the scene described as non-life threatening. She was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident reported just after 8 pm. Road conditions were listed as “dry”.
Officials say alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
