36-year-old Justin Lee salvis of krton Minnesota has been charged with five felony counts of violation of a harassment restraining order according to court documents in November December he used a tablet to send the female victim messages from the jail he also called her multiple times while an inmate in the jail and sent her a postcard the female victim stated no matter what anyone else says or does Salis will never leave her alone I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me

There needs to be more protections and safety measures for DV victims! Advocates to walk the victim through these necessary process to protect themselves from further contact. Praying for change!
