UPDATE: In Person Visitation Cancelled At ND State Pen, Major Staff Shortage BISMARCK, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We have an update regarding in person visitation being cancelled at the North Dakota Pen in Bismarck. No official word yet and why, but they did recently report a major staff shortage.
