BISMARCK, ND ( A vote is scheduled in the North Dakota House today on whether to remove Republican Representative, Luke Simons of Dickinson from office for allegations of sexual harassment and threats. Simons will have the opportunity to defend himself before that vote, which needs a 2/3 majority to remove him.
