One week after an ICE agent shot and killed Renee Good in south Minneapolis, students throughout the Twin Cities are set to hold a march to the state capitol in St. Paul, where they plan to host speeches and protest ICE’s current operations.
Local and State leaders will speak at noon, detailing how ICE has escalated and gotten more violent since the killing of Renee Good last week, according to a press release. They’ll also be announcing routine community briefings over Zoom to share updates, actions, and resources.
