FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Fargo Police now say 1 of 2 suspects in an early Sunday morning shooting in that town has been arrested. Two people were killed, 2 others were wounded. Suspect, Caundre Douglas was arrested in Jamestown Monday night.
