MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) Moorhead, Minnesota police say a suspect has been arrested in Fargo in connection to the Tuesday morning murder of a woman in Moorhead. Isaac Arndt is awaiting extradition back to Moorhead from the Cass County Jail in Fargo.
