A Minnesota man reported that ICE agents struck his vehicle during a traffic stop while in the Powderhorn neighborhood of Minneapolis. DHS officials attributed the collision to reckless driving by local “agitators,” while Christian Molina and his wife, both U.S. citizens, characterized the encounter as an abuse of power.
