CROOKSTON, MN (trfnews.i234.me) The Crookston, Minnesota City Administrator Jeff Shoobridge tells TRF News that as of October 1, 2024 School Resource Officer Don Rasicot is no longer employed by the City. He says the investigation into the matter is closed.
