Deer Rescue On Red River PEMBINA, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We had a deer rescue on the Red River near Pembina, North Dakota. Jake Cosley was able to grab a buck by the horns and pull him from open water on the partially frozen Red River. Cosley documented the incident with some video clips.
