BISMARCK, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The State of North Dakota is reporting 11 new cases of Coronavirus Monday with a second death. The virus has now also moved into Grand Forks County. The second person who died was a woman in her 80s from McHenry County with underlying health conditions who acquired COVID-19 through community spread.
