FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me0 Caundre Douglas made his initial court appearance in Fargo on this Wednesday afternoon for allegedly shooting another man in the leg on July 22nd. Douglas is also a suspect in the Sunday shootings in Fargo that left 2 people dead.
