HALMA, MN (trfnews.i234.me) The Kittson County Sheriff’s Office says a man is in custody, following a fight and shooting between 2 South African men in rural Halma, Minnesota Saturday night. The victim survived a gunshot wound to the leg. The men are here on a work visa.
