a pair of Fargo-Moorhead men are facing charges and an interesting drug trafficking case 32 year old Jake Donald henriks of Moorhead and 32 year old Seth Doherty of Fargo according to court documents on May 31st agents were monitoring Jake Donald Heinrich and his known associate Seth Doherty a GPS tracker had been placed on heinrich’s vehicle at his residence in the Oak Port area of Moorhead the vehicle was stopped returning from Barnesville a search of the vehicle found 17 grams of cocaine and 54 grams of meth scales and other paraphernalia a search of heinrich’s residence found 54 thousand dollars cash including twenty four hundred dollars of recorded police buy funds then in search of a storage unit in Holley agents found more scales baggies and small amounts of suspected meth plus some inter interesting books including drug smuggling The Forbidden book and the construction and operation of a clandestine drug Laboratories Jake heinrichs has been charged with the tree oil felonies first degree drug sales that charge has a maximum sentence of 30 years plus a possession of 10 grams or more of drugs in possession of burglary tools Seth Doherty has been charged with first degree possession of 50 grams or more of drugs omnio Carlson reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
